My concept was that the whole show took place in Sweeney Todd's mind. He died while out at sea and now we are viewing him living in his own personal hell.

Because we are viewing Sweeney in his own personal hell, I was inspired to design the show in a cave in the underworld.

I took my drawing and scanned it into the computer then painted my rendering on top of it. This was all done in Photoshop.
